Here is a scarce Omega vintage watch. This particular watch is a Swedish market World War 2 military-style watch referred to as a cigarette watch. Swedish soldiers used to trade their Suveran watch for cigarette packs, which they got the name "cigarette watch." Suveran is also mainly made for Swedish citizens to support their government financially. Of course, only a limited quantity of the Suveran exists in today's market, most of which have refinished dials or are in deplorable condition. This one retains its original factory finish with the bolded minute track variation. The watch will come with a brand-new crystal—original metal case back gasket. Professionally serviced rare 30T2 manual wind movement. The movement serial number is 10581984, dating this watch to 1945. The solid stainless steel unpolished case is original and measures 35.2mm across, excluding the crown by 42mm lug to lug. The case model is 2400-7.
