This is an obscure vintage Omega Seamaster diver-type watch. While collectors are familiar with the famous Seamaster 120, 300, and other diver models, the Seamaster 60M is not well known among watch enthusiasts. This particular piece has been professionally serviced and is ready for daily wear.
The factory's original blue dial is in excellent condition, as is the original crystal. The rotating bezel is also in great shape. The solid stainless steel case is in splendid shape, with the case model being 166.062. It measures 37.2mm across, excluding the crown, and 41.5mm from lug tip to lug tip. This watch will come with a brand new case back gasket and has an original screw-lock crown.
Additionally, it includes a new handmade 19mm genuine leather strap. The automatic movement is an Omega calibre 565, with a serial number of 30332249, dating the watch to 1969. The movement features a quick-set date function. This is a rare find and one of the finest examples available. This watch is ready for daily wear! The wrist size shown in the photo is 6 inches.
