This is an unusual vintage Omega chronograph watch known as the Geneve Chronostop model. They are available in a few case styles and variety of dial tones. They are definitely one of the coolest vintage Omega watches. Hence, they are very little known by many. The factory original is a very attractive dark matt gray and is in very good condition. There are some minor visible stain on the dial which do not really disturb the attractiveness of the timepiece. Brand new crystal and brand new case back gasket. The case model is 145.009 and made of solid stainless steel. The case measurement is 34.6mm in diameter excluding the crown by 41.4mm lug tip to lug tip. This watch has been professionally serviced and chronograph is working correctly. The Chronostop is for speed timing within one minute. When the pusher is pressed the red second hand will begin to sweep. And when the pusher is pressed again the red second will fly back to zero. The manual wind chronograph movement is an Omega caliber 865 with serial number 28093667 dating this timepiece to 1968. Will come with a brand new and adjustable Milanese style metal bracelet.
