Return items will receive a full refund minus shipping, minus PayPal's 4% fee (if payment was made via PayPal) and a USD 100 restocking fee or store credit. Your order will be shipped via Canadapost/FedEx/UPS/DHL or Purolator when you click the buy it now. Any order that is sent using Canadapost Xpresspost/Expedited, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or DHL will come with a tracking number. Once payment is received and the item has been shipped, an email with tracking confirmation will be sent to you.  

USA: 1-3 business days (there will be NO customs duty fees guaranteed!)
