Here is a stunning Omega Seamaster watch. The first generation of the beefy lugs was first introduced in 1948. This is one of the last version/generation of the beefy or fat lugs vintage case model. It is a simple attractive looking timepiece and the factory original dial is in excellent condition. Dauphine silver tone hands and beautiful raise silver hour markers. Since the dial has no luminous originally, the original set of hands do not have luminous either. On top is a brand new crystal. Across you have an original signed crown. Overall, the watch is in excellent original condition. Original solid stainless steel case measures 35mm across excluding crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip. Case model reads 166.009. Brand new case back gasket. The automatic wind 24 jewels movement has been fully serviced and running strong with accuracy. Movement caliber is Omega 562 with serial number 23951417 dating this watch to 1966. This is the last year when Omega used this specific caliber as well.
