1963 OMEGA CONSTELLATION PIE PAN
Here is a highly collectible Omega Constellation pie pan watch.  Beautiful factory original pie pan dial in great condition, showing minor signs of natural age spots.  The case is in excellent condition, possibly never been worn and left in a drawers for decades, which is why there are minor hairline scratches. Whoever removed the original strap in the past caused a mark on the upper left lug. The case back still has its original protective lacquer. The case is made of a solid rose gold bezel and case-back medallion, with rose gold-capped lugs over solid stainless steel. Has the original pie pan crown.  Original signed acrylic crystal.  New case gasket.  The case model is 167.005 and measures 34mm across, excluding the crown by 43mm lug tip to lug tip.  This model is famously known as the "dog legs" case Constellation, designed by "Gerard Genta." The watch has been fully serviced and is running strong.  The 24 jewels automatic movement is an Omega calibre 551 with serial number 20331954, dating this watch to 1963.
