The case is made of 14k solid white gold and measures 28mm in diameter, excluding the crown, and 34.6mm from lug tip to lug tip. This watch features a rare case model from the Norman Morris US collection, referenced as D6607. 
The factory-original diamond dial is well-aged, complemented by a clean acrylic dome crystal and an original signed crown. The manual wind movement is an Omega caliber 620, which has been professionally serviced. The movement's serial number, 20830540, indicates that this watch dates back to 1963. 
Additionally, it comes with a brand new 18mm genuine leather strap. The wrist size depicted in the photo is 6 inches.
