Here is an attractive vintage Omega Geneve Automatic watch. This automatic timepiece is the second generation of the Geneve model that features an automatic movement. It houses the Omega calibre 552 movement with 24 jewels. The watch has been fully serviced and is running accurately. The movement's serial number, 17182082, dates this watch to 1959.
The factory original-finish dial is in well-aged condition, showing minor light scratches visible from certain angles and in specific lighting, that is very difficult to capture on camera. It retains the original signed crown, and the crystal has been replaced with a brand new one. Additionally, it comes with a matching high-quality genuine leather strap that measures 18mm.
The original case is gold-plated over steel and measures 34.3mm, excluding the crown, and 40.7mm from lug tip to lug tip (case model BK 14702-2). The wrist size shown in the photo is 6 inches.
