Here is a stunning vintage Omega Constellation watch dating to 1959, according to its movement serial number: 17000422. An extremely rare version of this reference, as this piece has a rare "Constellation" engraving on the case back. This watch has been professionally serviced, running strong and accurately. The automatic movement is an Omega calibre 551 with 24 jewels. The rare original factory-finish Pie Pan dial is in excellent condition. The unpolished stainless steel case with gold medallion is in very good condition. Brand new case gasket. Original correct signed crown. Acrylic crystal in great shape. The case model is 14381-1 SC and measures 35mm across, excluding the crown by 44mm lug tip to lug tip. This is a first-generation of this reference, making it slightly different from other examples of the same reference. Three features that make it unique: The "Constellation" word engraving on the back, the dial includes "officially certified", and the case diameter and length are more prominent. Watch will come with a matching high quality 18mm genuine leather strap. Wrist size in photo is 6 inches.
