1958 OMEGA SEAMASTER GRAND LUXE
Very attractive late 1950s Omega Seamaster Calendar Grand Luxe watch.  Collectors would refer to this model as the Beefy Lugs Seamaster with a calendar feature.  It is also the first calendar Seamaster with the date feature at 3 o'clock.  On top of that, the Grand Luxe addition meaning the dial is made of solid 18k gold makes this watch even more special and highly collectible. Professionally serviced automatic wind movement working solid and accurately.  Omega calibre 503 with serial number 16488053, dating this watch to 1958.  The unpolished original gold capped over solid stainless steel case measures 34mm across, excluding the crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip—original signed clover crown.  The case model is 2849 - 7 SC.  Brand new acrylic crystal.  Brand new case back gasket.  The watch is ready for daily wear and will come with its original 18mm genuine Beads of Rice (BOR) bracelet that will fit up to a wrist size of 7.75 inches. The wrist size in the photo is 6 inches.
