Here is a very rare and excellent example of a late 1950's Omega Seamaster watch. It is rare for its uniquely and well aged two tone dial. The case is made of yellow gold capped over solid stainless steel. This Omega Seamaster has been professionally serviced running strong and accurate. The automatic movement is an Omega caliber 501 with serial number 15642398 dating this watch to 1957. Movement has a bit of tarnish on movement due to past cleaning chemical reaction, so it is not rust and does not affect the performance or quality of the movement. It has a new crystal installed and a new case back gasket as well. Original signed crown. The factory original dial is nicely patina and in very good condition. Yellow gold hour markers and set of original dauphine aged hands. The case model is 2846/2848 - 2 SC and measures 34.4mm across excluding the crown by 41.5mm lug tip to lug tip. This outstanding piece will come with a brand new 18mm croco grain genuine leather strap. Wrist size in photo is 6 inches.
