Here is a very rare original vintage Seamaster.  This piece is in very good original unpolished condition.  Solid stainless steel case measures 34.3mm across excluding the crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip.  Case model is 2848 - 1.  Brand new crystal and brand new case back gasket.  Very rare factory original black dial in great condition.  Dial has a oily finish when view under certain lighting, however, there is a visible thick mark in between the 10-11 o'clock hour indexes.  So do consider this flaw when making a decision.  Hour indexes and hands are gold tone.  Professionally serviced automatic movement running strong and accurate.  Movement caliber is 491 with serial number 14672455 dating this watch to 1955.  This watch will come with a brand new 18mm handmade vintage style genuine leather strap.  Don't miss this opportunity to own a grail timepiece.  Ready for everyday wearing.  Wrist size in the photo is 6 inches.
