1955 OMEGA AUTOMATIC WATCH
The condition on this vintage Omega is excellent for this particular model.  It is a scarce model and those that survive are usually in poor condition.  Crystal is in great condition, but under dim lighting it is possible to see a small shadow reflection on the center of the dial which is caused by the crystal center minor stretch fracture.  Original signed crown.  The case has been cleaned and is in excellent unpolished original condition.  The case model is C6254 (486794) and measures a large 27.8mm in diameter excluding the crown by 40mm lug tip to lug tip.  Consider as a large size for a vintage four sided case watch.  Beautiful and very clean factory original waffle dial.  This watch has been professionally serviced and is running strong with great accuracy.  The automatic wind movement is an Omega caliber 470 with serial number 14731110 dating this timepiece to 1955.  It will come with a brand new 18mm high quality handmade genuine leather strap.
