If you're looking for that perfect and attractive vintage Omega solid gold dress watch to wear, this is definitely that timepiece that you've been looking for.  The solid gold 18k original case is in very good condition with visible signs of dings on the case back.  Excellent rare waffle factory original dial and set of original gold hands.  The crystal is brand new.  The solid gold case measures 35.7mm in diameter excluding the crown by 42.4mm from lug tip to lug tip.  Case model is 2684.  Inside the case is a pristine freshly serviced Omega caliber 266 manual wind movement and has a serial number 14015032 dating this timepiece to 1954.  The watch is working excellent and keeping accurate time.  The crown is original and signed.  Will come with a brand new 18mm genuine leather strap.  Wrist size in photo is 6 inches.
