Up for sale is a rare vintage 1950s Omega oversized Seamaster gent's watch. This is a very early example of a vintage Seamaster automatic model in a large case. Case size measuring 36.5mm in diameter, excluding the crown by 45.3mm lug tip to lug tip. Gold capped over steel original signed case in very good condition, model 2494-9 SC. Original signed crown. New acrylic crystal. Original metal case gasket. Gorgeous two-tone factory original dial with attractive gold hands and hour markers. Professionally serviced bumper automatic wind movement running solid and accurate. Omega calibre 354 with serial number 13792322 dates this watch to 1953. It will come with a new 18mm genuine leather strap. Wrist size in the photo is 6 inches.
