Here is an outstanding Omega watch with a sub-second feature. The rare and attractive factory original dial is not in perfect condition (minor hard to see marks), but for a black dial it is considered in excellent condition. The dial has a unique "oily aged" effect under certain lighting. The oil effect does not mean the dial is oily, but is the appearance of how the dial has aged. Yellow gold tone hour indexes and original Dauphine hands. Professionally serviced manual wind movement working solid and accurate. Omega calibre 265 with serial number 12559414, dating this watch to 1951. The unpolished original solid stainless steel case measures 35.3mm across, excluding the crown by 42.7mm lug tip to lug tip. Original signed crown. Case model 2639-4. A brand new crystal and brand new case back gasket. The watch is ready for daily wear and will come with a high-quality 18mm new genuine leather strap. Wrist size in photo is 6 inches.
