1948 OMEGA RECTANGULAR WATCH
This is a scarce and early vintage Omega rectangular watch made for the US collection and market.  It will fit perfectly on a smaller size wrist due to its size.  The rare factory original finish dial is untouched and nicely aged.  The fully serviced 17.8T manual wind movement works well and keeps time well.  Unpolished 14k gold-filled case with a personal engraving—original unsigned mushroom crown.  The crystal is in excellent condition. The movement serial number is 10493157, dating this watch to 1948. The case model is 050280 and measures 26.2mm across, excluding the crown by 38.5mm lug tip to lug tip. It will come with a brand new 17mm lizard-grain genuine leather strap. The wrist size in the photos is 6 inches.
