Here is a scarce Omega vintage watch. This particular watch is a Swedish market World War 2 military-style watch refer to as a cigarette watch. Swedish soldiers used to trade their Suveran watch for cigarette packs, and that is where they get the name "cigarette watch." Of course, only a limited quantity of the Suveran exists in today's market. Most of which are with refinished dial or in deplorable condition. This particular one still retains its factory original finish nicely aged dial. This is the only Suveran dial variation without luminous. The watch will come with a brand new crystal. Original metal case back gasket. Professionally serviced rare 30T2 manual wind movement. The movement serial number is 9968824, dating this watch to 1944. The solid stainless steel unpolished case is original and measures 35mm across, excluding the crown by 43mm lug tip to lug tip. The case model is 2400-2.
