The original US Army version will have engraving on the case back "US ARMY". It is definitely a rare and collectible piece. The movement is professionally serviced and ready for daily wearing. New crystal. Original metal flat case back gasket. Original unsigned crown. The manual wind Omega 30T2 movement has been serviced and regulated. The movement serial number is 10147727 dating this timepiece to 1944. Solid stainless steel case in its original unpolished condition. Case model is 2179-3 and measures 35mm across excluding the crown by 42mm lug tip to lug tip. The watch will come with a brand new 18mm vintaeg style handmade genuine leather strap. Wrist size in photo is 6 inches.
