"This is my personal watch" ~ This is one very fine and rare vintage Longines watch. It has a very attractive rare military style factory original dial. Very seldom will you come across a Longines dial of this era looking this excellent. Professionally serviced Longines caliber 23M manual wind movement with serial number 6868992 dating this watch to 1944. The movement looks superb after the recent overhaul. The solid stainless steel case is in unpolished condition. You can see some tool marking on the side of the bottom lugs. Case model is 22969 (82) and measures 33.3mm across excluding the crown by 41.8mm lug tip to lug tip. The luminous on the dial and hands are original, but of course no longer glow. The watch will come with a brand new crystal. The crown is unsigned but original to this watch. It will come with a new old stock 16mm genuine leather strap. Rare and well preserved vintage Longines similar to this is scarce in today's market. Wrist size in photo is 6 inches. It is a smaller size watch made for a smaller size wrist or for someone who is looking for a WW2 era timepiece or a Longines collector looking to add another rare find to his/her collection.
