This is a very rare vintage Longines cushion-case watch featuring an aged, factory-original "Breguet" finish dial. The watch is equipped with a professionally serviced Longines Calibre 12.68Z manual-wind movement, which has a serial number of 5513249, dating it to 1937. The serviced movement is in excellent condition.
The solid stainless steel case appears to remain in its original, unpolished state and is in great shape. The case model is 5513171, and it measures 31.2 mm across (not including the correct era, but later replacement crown) and 33.5 mm from lug tip to lug tip. This watch will come with a brand-new acrylic crystal.
It will also be accompanied by a new 20 mm handmade genuine leather strap to perfectly fit on the wire-type lugs. The wrist size shown in the photo is 6 inches. This smaller-sized watch will wear nicely on a smaller wrist or for a Longines collector seeking to add another rare find to their collection.
